I am looking forward to getting to know you. If this is our first time talking, please book a 20-minute exploratory conversation. Grief is a difficult journey you should only take with someone you trust. I’d like to walk by your side, so let’s make sure we click before we set out.
During the call, we’ll discuss what happens in a one-on-one grief coaching session, my philosophy about grief (that it never ends, but we can learn how to carry grief more gently) and coaching (providing a safe space to talk about grief and your loved one). If you are in the Seattle area, I may also recommend attending a grief group to supplement the coaching. Note that one-on-one coaching and the in-person Seattle grief support groups are open only to bereaved people. It does not matter how long you’ve been grieving, if you feel like you are ready to explore your grief in a supportive environment, you are welcome
Once we decide to continue the conversation, we will discuss whether to meet via video or phone, and you will receive a link to schedule an hour-long conversation.
