Let’s Talk
BOOK A FREE 20-MINUTE EXPLORATORY CONVERSATION
Thank you for landing here. It is often difficult to reach out when we are grieving; I am glad you took that step, and I am looking forward to getting to know you and learn about your loved one. If this is our first time talking, please book a 20-minute exploratory conversation. Grief is a difficult journey you should only take with someone you trust. I’d like to walk by your side as a gentle guide and interested listener, so let’s make sure we click before we set out.
During the introductory call, we will discuss what happens in a one-on-one grief support session; my philosophy about grief (that it never ends, but we can learn how to carry grief more tenderly); and my approach to grief support (providing a safe space to talk about grief and your loved one). If you are in the Seattle area, I may also recommend attending a grief support group to supplement the grief work we are doing together. Note that one-on-one support and the in-person Seattle grief support groups are open only to bereaved people. It does not matter how long you’ve been grieving or how many losses you’ve had, if you feel like you are ready to explore your grief in a supportive environment, you are welcome
The exploratory call is your opportunity to ask questions about me, grief support, resources, and logistics. Once we decide to continue the conversation, we will discuss whether to meet via video, phone, or in a park for an in-person walking session. You will receive a link to schedule an hour-long conversation.
If you’re unsure whether individual support is for you, reach out. If you have questions about Listening to Grief, reach out! I’m always interested in talking to grievers. I truly want to hear your story.
