The Wild Threshold retreat
November 6-8 | Vashon Island
A retreat for grief, menopause, and reclaiming the self
YOUR BODY IS CHANGING.
SO IS YOUR WORLD.
Aging parents. Children becoming independent. Shifting identities. A body that feels different.
There can be grief woven through all of it—including losses we haven’t had space to name.
Together, we’ll explore menopause, grief, and the thresholds that transform us through:
• Education about our changing bodies
• Honest conversation and shared reflection
• Gentle movement, meditation, and ritual
• Creative practices to explore what comes next
A pause from caregiving.
Space to receive support.
A reminder that we can move through this together.
