Reclaiming Ourselves is a 3-week, in-person series that uses neurofeedback, sharing, and creativity to help us cope with sociopolitical grief, especially around the decline of democracy, the rise of fascism, and the loss of human rights in the US and around the world. Grief & Joomchi

EVENT HAS ENDED. In this workshop, we will use writing, sharing, and working with hanji—Korean handmade paper—to process grief. Starting with writing prompts, we’ll transfer our words to pieces of hanji, which will then be transformed into a soft cloth-like fabric using the traditional method of joomchi.
